How long does it takes to deliver ?
In Europe, the delivery is usually under a week depending the chosen shipping method. For the rest of the world, it can be up to one month. On the shipping side, we usually ship under 24 hours, if not the same day. No worries, you will be able to track your parcel anytime !
Where are you shipping from ?
We are shipping from distribution center in France. All the products were previously imported from Japan, South Korea, USA,... so you don't have to wait for it to cross the world until it arrives to your door.
What are the payment methods available ?
You can securely pay with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and every other payment methods provided by Stripe.
Are you selling to businesses and professionals ?

Do I have to pay extra fees for customs ?
Our products are already imported, so consider that we have already paid the customs for you, as long as you are located in Europe. Other countries outside of Europe might be subject to have some customs fees.
